This tractor topper is built and designed to work on tractors from 30 HP upwards. It is mounted and semi off-set when topping. Only one wheel runs on uncut grass. The opposite wheel pushes grass forward which is then lifted and cut. It is ideal for use on farm pastures, stud farms, golf courses and roadside verges. It combines many safety features for ease of operation and long life.

The topper can tackle growth up to 30mm in diameter. It is fitted with two heavy duty swing blades which are fixed to a single rotor on a direct drive from a centrally mounted gearbox. The gearbox is specifically designed for this type of machine as it has an extended bearing housing and heavy duty bearings to support the cutting rotor.

Power is transmitted through a heavy duty PTO shaft which is fitted with a shearbolt torque limiter. This protects the transmission from overload.

Topper cutting height adjustment is made by two side-mounted, wide based skids.
